DIRECTOR
Founder and Principal of GTP, Red is responsible for strategy, client development, search outcomes and relationship management.
Red thrives on the challenge of a highly technical or skillset-scarce search, channeling his natural curiosity and desire to deliver. 15 years’ experience in technical and executive search in Ireland, Australia and Singapore has given him a unique insight into the development, delivery and management of some of the world's most transformative social infrastructure projects.
Red’s passion for sustainability led him and his partner Laura to found RIFORMA collective.
Red graduated from University College Dublin with a BA (Hons) in History & Politics and is currently furthering his studies in Sustainability with LSE.

LAURA GIARELLI
ASSOCIATE
An experienced editor, Laura comes from a background in design, fashion and digital media.
She is the creative heartbeat of RIFORMA collective and, as the brand's custodian, is responsible for communications and partner experience.
Laura is a Communications and Journalism postgraduate from London College of Fashion, UAL.
